Our commitment to you continues even after your Adventys product has arrived. All of our equipment is supplied with a warranty to provide you with complete peace of mind.

Countertop Units: Single-phase

1 year parts & labour (return to base)

All Single-Phase (Plug & Play) products are supplied with a one-year parts & labour, return to base warranty. Our warranty covers defects in component parts or workmanship for one year after the invoice date. Accidental damage and glass damage are not covered by our standard warranty.

Countertop Units: THREE-phase

2 year parts & labour

All Three-Phase (hard wired) products are supplied with a two-year parts & labour warranty. Our warranty covers defects in component parts or workmanship for two years after the invoice date. Accidental damage and glass damage are not covered by our standard warranty.

Drop-in / Inset Units: Single-Phase

2 year parts only

All Single-Phase (Plug & Play) drop-in products are supplied with a two-year parts only warranty. Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for two years after the invoice date.

Defective parts are covered by our warranty but initial and subsequent engineer visits will be chargeable to the client at the current rate.
